Bright Antenna is a super cool independent record label in the San Francisco Bay Area looking for an experienced Product Manager. We have global partnerships with Warner Music Group and ADA Label Services. Our offices are located in Mill Valley, CA (across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco).

Job Title and Description:
Product Manager / Brand Partnerships / Marketing / Creative Marketing / Thinking Outside The Box
• Manage the entire product line life cycle, including digital, CD and vinyl, from strategic planning to marketing and artist branding
• Create and organize all artist content and develop marketing plans specific to each artist
• Company liaison between label, publicity, promotions, video, creative services and artist development
• Manage project marketing budgets
• Create relationships with worldwide brands for our artists
• Create extensive tour marketing plans for Bright Antenna Records entire roster
• Work with local and national promoters to ensure a successful tour
• Experience and knowledge with ad agencies for future sync opportunities for our artists
• Set up of promotional materials and cultivate relationships with photographers, video directors, etc.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in terms of reporting and content creation
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to convey information effectively across multiple levels of management and cross departmental
• Excellent MS Office Skills — Proficient in Excel
• Strong sense of accountability, willing to take responsibility
• Able to thrive in a time sensitive ”under the gun” capacity
• Ability to think conceptually while planning and attending to details
• Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and be self-directed
• Strong sense of aesthetic and branding
Special Requirements/Preferences:
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the music industry required
• Experience working at recording labels and directly with artists, artists managers, booking agents and fans
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years product managing experience at a record label
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
